Product details
Equipped with a SATA III 6Gb/s interface and a very compact design, Transcend's M.2 SSD 820S is ideally suited for small applications that offer very limited space but still demand high performance. With high-quality flash chips and an advanced firmware algorithm, the M.2 SSD 820S is exceptionally secure.
The SATA III 6Gb/s interface and SLC caching technology ensure outstanding transfer speeds with 3D NAND flash chips. RAID and LDPC (Low-Density Parity Check) encoding provide enhanced data security. The SSD supports the DevSleep mode, which completely shuts down the SATA interface, saving more power than a conventional HDD. Additionally, it supports S.M.A.R.T., TRIM, and NCQ commands.
