The elaborate optical design consists of a total of 13 elements in eleven groups. In addition to the use of two lens elements with aspherical surfaces, a "floating element" is also employed, which enables excellent imaging quality, especially in the close range. The aspherical lenses ensure distortion-free imaging and help to avoid chromatic aberrations. Furthermore, this optical design has achieved a compact form factor despite the high light intensity. The close focusing distance of 50 cm, combined with the aperture of F1.4, provides ample creative space for playing with depth of field and allows for expressive photos with a unique visual language. With a focal length of 21 mm, a field of view of 90.3° is covered, offering an extremely dynamic perspective, whether for architecture, landscapes, astronomy, or close-up shots with an expansive background.
