The Zebra ZD230 is an extremely reliable 4" desktop printer with extensive features to ensure a long lifecycle. In addition to its compact design, it has a double-walled construction that makes it robust and durable—perfect for use in transportation and logistics, light industry, retail, and healthcare. The ZD230 is available as either a direct thermal or thermal transfer printer. In both variants, it quickly and reliably produces 1D and 2D barcodes, such as PDF417, DataMatrix, QR codes, and Aztec. It prints at speeds of up to 152 mm/second with a print resolution of 203 dpi—suitable for printing labels, receipts, tickets, tags, and ID cards. It also accommodates ribbon rolls up to 300 meters long, saving time between media changes. With a large memory of 256 MB Flash and 128 MB SDRAM, the ZD230 stores significantly more fonts and graphics. Easy installation and immediate readiness for use are facilitated by the printer's multi-interface: USB, Ethernet, and Bluetooth. Additionally, the desktop printer offers Wi-Fi for wireless network connectivity. The ZD230 is operated simply and conveniently via an LED display and a single button for feed and pause. The print status can also be viewed at a glance through this interface. Optionally, the printer is available with an integrated peeler or cutter, saving time during labeling. The ZD230 is supported by selected software applications from Zebra Print-DNA and Zebra's Link-OS, providing a cost-effective and reliable printing experience. OneCare SV ensures that the standard warranty of the printer is extended to 24 months. Together, these features make the ZD230 a future-proof investment.
