Revo HTX Nozzle HTX nozzles are high-temperature, abrasion-resistant nozzles. Much like ObXidian, HTX nozzles have a hardened steel tip, copper carrier and copper spreader segment to optimise the transmission of heat to the heatsink. The nozzle is then coated with Chromium Nitride to provide abrasive resistance up to 500°C. Frustration-free Each Revo Nozzle is a preassembled nozzle and HeatBreak in one unit, so there’s no hazardous hot tightening and no chance of incorrect assembly. Say goodbye to frustrating HotEnd leaks and enjoy reliable 3D printing! Rapid identification HTX nozzles are grey in colour and have their sizes engraved into them with easy-to-read numbers, so there are no confusing identification markers to learn!.

Experiment freely with changing nozzles. You can easily try out different nozzle sizes that you may not have used before. Set up your 3D printer in no time for ultra-fine or ultra-thick extrusion widths. Print large objects faster or create tiny objects with high resolution.

E3D Online E3D RapidChange Revo™ Brass 1.75mm 0.4mm Nozzle
Replacement parts
Designed for high flow and speed. At the core of the K2 Plus nozzle is E3D's unique internal multi-channel design. By splitting the filament path into four channels, the contact area is significantly increased. This allows for a higher flow rate of up to 48 mm³/s, enabling consistent extrusion even at print speeds of up to 600 mm/s. Whether you are looking for more reliability or want to push the limits of your slicer, this nozzle is optimized for modern high-speed systems.
Wear resistance with ObXidian technology. Each nozzle features a hardened steel insert with E3D's E3DLC™ coating. This provides significantly higher abrasion resistance than standard nozzles and is ideal for carbon or glass-filled filaments. The non-stick surface prevents plastic buildup and enhances long-term stability.
Reliable adhesion at high speeds. Print quality often suffers at high speeds – but not with these nozzles. They are specifically designed to maintain layer adhesion and filament quality even at high speeds, resulting in robust, precise parts.
Thermal management with four metals. A titanium heat break ensures a clear thermal separation between the cold and hot zones, reducing heat transfer and improving print stability. The four-metal construction optimizes each material according to its function.
Wide material compatibility. These nozzles support many filament types: PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, PP, PC, PA, PLA-CF, ABS-CF, PETG-CF, PC-CF, PA-CF. For filled materials, it is advisable to check the manufacturer's data sheet – especially for 0.4 mm – as larger particles can cause clogs.

Designed for high performance. The ObXiDian 500 Revo High Flow nozzle is manufactured using advanced coating technology that is at least five times more wear-resistant than the original ObXidian series from E3D. Its robust design ensures a long lifespan and excellent print quality, even during demanding, high-volume printing sessions.
Increase your flow. The precisely engineered 4-channel internal structure enhances heat transfer and filament melting flow, allowing for a higher volumetric flow rate. The design ensures uniform extrusion and consistent layer formation – ideal for faster, high-quality prints.
High-speed printing without compromise. Unlike standard nozzles that sacrifice quality for speed, the ObXiDian 500 maintains excellent layer adhesion and surface quality even at high printing speeds. Perfect for functional and visually flawless parts.
Print anything – without limits. This nozzle is extremely wear-resistant and suitable for all filament types, including composite, carbon fiber, and glow-in-the-dark materials. Say goodbye to frequent nozzle changes – the ObXiDian 500 is built for long-term reliability.
Longer lifespan, less maintenance. Thanks to the wear-resistant coating, the ObXiDian 500 significantly extends its lifespan compared to other steel nozzles. The non-stick surface reduces plastic buildup, making cleaning easier and minimizing print errors.
Easy upgrade. Each Revo nozzle comes pre-assembled with its HeatBreak, ensuring a perfect fit – no hot tightening or complicated assembly required. Simply swap, click, and print.

Nozzle X is the last nozzle your 3D printer will ever need. It is made from hardened tool steel, then nickel-plated to maintain its hardness at high temperatures, and coated with WS2 to give the nozzle reduced adhesion properties. Nozzle X is designed for a maximum temperature of 500 °C and can print any printable material, from PLA to carbon fiber-filled PEEK, without wearing out.
Please note
The V6 nozzles are not compatible with the Volcano, SuperVolcano, or Cyclops heating blocks.

The RapidChange Revo ObXidian nozzle offers wear resistance that is significantly higher than that of any other E3D nozzle. It is several times harder than the Nozzle X and any other generic hardened steel nozzle. This durability is achieved through the combination of a tool steel insert with an E3DLC coating, which also integrates anti-stick properties into the nozzle itself, resulting in significantly less plastic buildup.
Thanks to the easy nozzle swapping, you can freely experiment with different nozzles for various applications. Swap your Revo brass nozzles for an ObXidian nozzle between prints to unleash the fun with fiber-filled materials.
Each Revo nozzle is a pre-assembled nozzle and HeatBreak in one, eliminating the risk of dangerously over-tightening and the possibility of incorrect assembly. Say goodbye to frustrating hot end leaks and enjoy reliable 3D printing!
Identify nozzle sizes at a glance with a color-coded silicone sock. Each Revo nozzle also has its size engraved with easily readable numbers, so there are no confusing identification features to learn.
Please note:
- Revo nozzles are not compatible with V6-style HeaterBlocks.
- You may need to adjust your Z-offset when changing nozzles.
- We do not recommend using abrasive materials with 0.25 mm nozzles, as particle sizes, especially with fibers, can often be larger than 0.25 mm, significantly increasing the risk of clogs. Nevertheless, 0.25 mm nozzles still benefit from the reduced adhesion properties of the E3DLC coating.
