Dell offers soundbars for their devices that are not big but still much better than built-in sound. These soundbars are simply connected via USB and then recognised as speakers by Windows 10.

If you put something like this on the base of the monitor, that could work well. You could also attach such a soundbar to the rear of the stand with Velcro, for example.
