According to other suppliers, this screen has 4 x USB C port. Is this correct? Can you directly connect a MAC or iPhone with USB ? Thanks

No, this screen has a USB-C port. I wouldn't know how to connect it to an iPhone, but it certainly works with a Mac that has a USB-C port. I'm sure the screen has 4 USB ports, but it only has one USB-C port.
