According to the description, the satellite navigation system type GALILEO is used. However, my app and many others require GPS. Will these apps not work on the A41?

Off topic. GPS is now simply a term for positioning via satellite, without a more precise definition of which satellites (GPS, Glonass, Galieleo, Beidou) are used.
The apps probably don't care how the position is determined. They all simply provide 46° 58' 53.9688'' N 8° 27' 55.1628'' E and that is what they need as information.
