After ordering, the delivery date jumped from 5-7 days to "Expected end of April". Is there more precise information? Also regarding the wireless charger, because the application has to be made by 13.04.2021 and with the end of April that will be difficult.
Hello, I am sorry that the delivery date has been postponed, unfortunately we do not have more precise information at the moment. You can of course submit a cancellation request via your customer account.
Regarding the wireless charger, we would need more information on which item you are referring to. I generally recommend that you contact customer service, as we can process your enquiries better there.
In the meantime, I'm at the end of May.
The delivery time goes up and up, currently 9-11 days for me.
It would be good to know so that we can possibly order elsewhere.
