Are these microphones compatible with the PS4? If so, which of the three microphone versions is the best for console and later for PC? and would you recommend it to me?

According to the operating instructions, yes, I would recommend the HyperX QuadCast. That's actually enough. You can also take the more expensive one if you want to spend a little on RGB and USB. Both have a normal USB port that goes into the PC or PS4. In the age of USB-C, this may still be worth considering.
