Question about Eizo EV3895 FlexScan
As of 8.1.2022, a "5-year bring-in guarantee" is included as a warranty. On the homepage of EIZO.ch you can read the following for this monitor "EV3895 Swiss Edition": 5 year warranty EIZO grants an industry-exceptional warranty of 5 years for all Swiss Edition monitors, with free on-site replacement service. Does this offer now correspond to the Swiss Edition with the 5 year warranty with on-site exchange? or is it an import without this service?
The 2-year warranty that you get in Switzerland by law is usually valid for the place where you buy the device. The 5 year warranty that the manufacturer offers is through them and not the place where you buy the device. My recommendation is to call Digitec and ask them. :)
