Can anyone explain why the product is still almost 500 more expensive than the OLED model even though the OLED model has better specifications?

Helpful answer
We have considerably higher purchase prices for this model here, presumably due to the poor availability. This usually remains the case until the weaker versions are no longer produced and go on sale.
