Can I also use this network adapter on a power bank? What I want to do: Increase the range of my drone (Parrot bebop 2), which is connected to the mobile phone via wifi.

No, unfortunately this is not possible. This is a receiver and requires a computer. I have given a follow-up answer to your comment on the other question. It is best to continue there to possibly find a suitable product, otherwise we will soon have the same question for all WiFi adapters...
