It is possible to connect it - but I have connection sub-bridges for 3 - 8 seconds always precisely every 10 minutes - i.e. exactly timed. The manufacturer, AVM Fritz, is completely clueless in a support request and claims that this cannot possibly be due to their own device. This is of course nonsense, because all my other devices can connect perfectly to the UPC Connect Box without any problems, completely without interruptions. Only when they go via the repeater do these perfectly timed interruptions occur. Of course, updating the firmware didn't help either, and I've tried every other possible setting without success.

So fingers away from this device (and best of all from the other Fritz repeaters as well, because there is no reason to believe that they are better).

Yes, you can connect it with WPS without any problems, but I don't have UPC myself.
