TL:DR - Yes, you can. But I advise against it!

In principle, you can use it with the switch. However, it is advisable to use a monitor that has no problems with 60 hertz and lower input signals.

Here is an excerpt from tftcentral.co.uk:
"This screen is more aimed at high refresh rate PC gaming and not ideally suited to console inputs or lower refresh rates."

The monitor has either too slow response times or too high overshoot at lower refresh rates, like those of the Switch, depending on the setting. Unfortunately, it cannot be configured properly to get a good picture with a switch.

You can see what I mean with the response times for 60Hz. This is expressed, among other things, by the smearing of darker colours.
