Yes, you can connect this repeater to your 5G Huawei modem (with SIM) to send the Wi-Fi signal to other rooms. It supports all common Wi-Fi standards and is compatible with routers from various manufacturers as long as the Huawei is transmitting Wi-Fi - setup is via WPS or the web interface. Mesh functions such as seamless roaming work optimally with FRITZ! devices, but the basic connection to your Huawei is possible.
