Can I use Bluetooth tethering with this tablet? I would like to connect my bank card reader to the tablet with Bluetooth Teathering. (The tablet is connected to a WLAN with internet).

Tethering can only be switched on if your tablet has its own internet connection - i.e. is connected to the internet via a SIM card.
However, tethering is probably not necessary for your card reader. Usually, Bluetooth devices connect to an app on your tablet. And this app can then use the Wi-Fi connection.
