Since VESA is standardised and both support 100mm, this should not be a problem in principle.
In terms of weight, you would still have to see what is inside. I don't know what the monitor weighs without the base and whether the 12kg of the holder is per arm or total. But the part also feels like it holds 20kg... Should fit.
The angle of 2 27" monitors can't be too "inclined" to each other.
