Can you also use the monitor with an nVidia Quadro 2200 when drawing CAD? It is one of the few monitors that are not so deep (dimensions), that's why it comes into question at all... Many thanks in advance!

Yes, of course. The graphics card is powerful enough. I work with a Surface Pro 6 and it works perfectly.
However, I recommend connecting the screen via DisplayPort. I also tried it with an HDMI2.0 cable, but it didn't work.
