Can you get the full 3440 x 1440 pixels @60Hz with a surface pro 7 and just a usb-c to ubs-c connection? I understand that they both have usb-c 3.2 ver1, but has anyone experienced these two devices together? I would like to throw away my ugly external hub and cables.

Cannot answer to this question for the Surface Pro. I connect my Macbook Pro with the USB-C to USB-C connection and get the full resolution. No need for charger for the Mac either as it charges with the USB-C link to the Screen
