Can you tell me how long it takes to update? I have already sent a dozen emails to Xiaomi but they have nothing to f... It's always the same problem, there are no updates and no search bar on my smartphone. The applications, I go to Play store to open the applications is ridiculous. Who can tell me how many updates there have been on the Xiaomi brand? It's disgraceful Android 12. I've bought twice from Galaxus and a third time not from Xiaomi.

I don't know how many updates the phone will get but I get them regularly and I haven't been on Android 12 for a while... Miui 14.0.1 based on Android 13...

I've always updated my Redmi Note 10 regularly and never had any serious or long-lasting problems.

This Xiaomi reporting function is nice, but unfortunately no one will ever get in touch, because Xiaomi has no customer care culture outside of Asia. We Europeans don't really exist for the Chinese, they develop what goes down well in India and China. Fortunately, the products are reasonably priced and work impressively well. But when it comes to reporting problems, the brand unfortunately still has a long way to go to take the wishes and problems of customers in Europe seriously. Unfortunately, one can only hope that the next update will fix what is not working optimally.

At least Xiaomi has a good source on the trust page, where you can check exactly how long updates will be available, this is the direct link to it, I would also only buy a model that has the AER logo...

And these models don't get any more updates:
