Dear Community. I have just installed everything at home and LAN, power and image transmission works fine via USB-C. However, none of the devices that I plug into the back of the screen via USD-A are recognised. Is this a defect or do I have to activate the ports somehow? Many thanks for the support!

have you tried a standard usb-a stick? if it is recognised, you simply do not have enough power on the usb hub in your monitor. even if the monitor would actually have enough power available with a 230v power supply - the usb ports are still not actively amplified with power - unfortunately.
