Dear Galaxus Irony on: What a great surprise, unpacked the screen and tadaaa- first drive to the nearest hardware store and buy an adapter for the German plug. Irony off. That should be forbidden, that you sell German devices at Swiss prices and then don't even include an adapter!!!!

Why an adapter?
The power cable is plugged in, so it is no problem to replace the whole cable with one with a usable plug. In such a case, using an adapter is the wrong solution.

Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied.

If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.
