Despite the Ultra EU version, the images on our 4K TV are often blurred, especially Excel and Word files. It looks like JPEG images are being transmitted, which only become sharp over time. How can this be improved? Thank you

Thank you for the answer.
Basically, images that are scaled up from 1900 to 4K should not appear blurrier, especially since we have a right distance from the presentation screen.
Nevertheless, presentations in Excel or Word appear very blurred at first and then become sharper within a few seconds. But this is unusable when scrolling. (TV Sony FW-65BZ35F https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/sony-fw-65bz35f-65-3840-x-2160-pixels-display-signage-9021252)

The images can only be displayed in 4K if the original format is also that high. If you simply display images or screenshots, they will only be scaled and accordingly displayed with a poor resolution.
