I bought directly from Samsung so the buds actually came before the phone. But in general Samsung Switzerland seems to have pretty bad Service.

Same here. I did the registration on 29th and even if i sent a mail about the status no answer received yet for more than a week

I sent an email last Wednesday, asking about the buds, they replied on Friday saying that my request is being under review... Whatever that means.
I mean, you fill the form, send the scanned copy of the receipt. What else you need to review?!?
