Do any of you also occasionally have black screens with the monitor? It often happens in games (e.g. age of empires 2 de) that the monitor simply has a black screen. If I then briefly select the OSD menu, it comes back again. Meanwhile, the sound continues to play and my second screen has no problems. I have tried various NVidia drivers, with VRR off, proximity sensor off and much more. I'm thinking about sending it in, but after a year I've disposed of the huge box. Latest firmware is on it... the only thing I've changed in the last few days is a Streamdeck Mk2 connected (to the PC)

Maybe something with the proximity sensor? Have you configured this and is there something in front of the sensor?

We have also had problems with black screens. The remedy was a different, better HDMI cable. I also use Streamdeck. No problems because of that.

Sounds like a proximity sensor. If in doubt, update the firmware
