Do I understand correctly that you can just use the Wacom One to operate the mouse on the laptop in general and thus also use it for Notability etc.? It replaces the trackpad on the MacBook, right? Thanks for the info!

Does this work now with Notability? Has anyone tried this out?

You can also use it as a mouse if you transfer the key functions of the mouse to the pen.
However, the control panel is set differently from a mouse: where you place the pen on the tablet in relation to its edge, the cursor will land on the screen. For mouse users, this takes a little getting used to. To just move the cursor and not click, you have to move the pen across the tablet without touching it.
Haven't tested yet if you could set it to work like a trackpad. I prefer to use it for painting and drawing and writing by hand.
If you scroll a lot, you probably prefer to use a mouse.

I find it less suitable as a replacement for the mouse. The thing is mainly suitable for drawing.
