Does anyone else have issues with the microphone being quiet? It's about half the volume of my internal Macbook mic but it's quiet in Windows as well.

Haven't observed any problem with Razer Kiyo Pro so far. The image quality and mic are just great.
If the problem persists maybe it's worth contacting the warranty.
