Does anyone know how to adjust the sharpness of the monitor? I've had it for a few days, but I didn't really like the resolution.

Hi, have you by chance activated HDR in the operating system graphics settings or has it activated itself? Turn it off, the monitor doesn't support HDR and according to your description, it's exactly what I had at the beginning, everything grey, pale, quite dark. I deactivated HDR and at native resolution of 1920x1080 the screen is very good and has vivid colours. However, I run it at 120Hz instead of 165Hz because my computer can't do that.

I feel like the screen is faded and not sharp enough :(
