Does anyone run this thing on a MacBook Pro M1??? Recommended for image editing?

For image editing, I would rather recommend a model that has 3840 x 2160 pixels, 4K UHD resolution, 5120 would still be okay, but 1440 pixels in height, that's not a lot of resolution.

These two screens are very well suited for image editing and offer 4K UHD:
