Does the monitor bring full resolution with the PC Lenovo V50s (Intel Core i9-10900, 16GB, 1000GB, SSD) with Lenovo GeForce GT 730 graphics card?

I highly doubt that the GT 730 is capable of displaying 4pc resolution ^^.
