I have now bought one. It fits on the USM Haller table I mentioned. It only needs a small base to clamp in between (approx. 1 cm), which is better anyway to protect the top.

So the question is more precise.
The tabletop of the USM Haller office table lies on a metal frame. From the edge of the table to behind the metal frame is 2 cm. the height from the top of the table to the bottom of the metal frame is 7.5 cm. Is the distance between the clamps and the back cover 2cm? and can the whole clamping device cover approx. 8cm?
