Question about Dell U2719D
Does this monitor work with the Microsoft Surface Docking Station and can the full resolution (2560x1440) be used with a DisplayPort cable?
Yes, it works fine with the Surface Book 2 and the docking station. All three devices can be used as a screen. The Surface with 3000x2000 and the two Dell with 2560x1440.
If the Surface itself supports such a resolution, it should work. However, I only have experience with Lenovo docking stations. There, the resolution depends solely on the graphics card of the connected device.
