During the order process, Galaxus gives you a delivery date range of 27.07 to 29.07. After the order and payment, Galaxus simply changes the delivery date range to 29.07 - 03.08. Why is Galaxus so unreliable when it comes to delivery?

As already stated in the infomail about the delivery delay, it can unfortunately happen that the supplier does not receive the subsequent delivery as expected and then the expected delivery date changes. For this reason, we always state the delivery dates in our online shop without guarantee.
