During video calls, the camera gives a strange picture. It looks as if a filter has been set, artificial. It's not like that with a friend! who also has the FP 3+. Is it a setting (I haven't set the filter) or is the camera defective?

I don't know of any filter settings that are not obvious. Does it make a difference if there is a video call or if you just use the camera otherwise?

Why don't you take a screenshot the next time you call and send it to FP support? I have had very good experiences with the support.
