Exit length: I am homescooling and have a laptop (Windows 10) and 2 screens. I edit and share content with Onedrive/one Note. To simplify the drawing of notes and examples, I am thinking about a tablet. Also to learn and work on the go in One Note. Since I have a Samsung smartphone, I am thinking about the Tab s7... Since all the programmes and apps are from Windows, I don't rule out the Surface Tab. What is the difference between the two tablets and which one would suit me better? Do I still need a smart pen to draw and take notes? or does it work without the tablet? Thank you and greetings christoph

The main difference is the operating system. The Samsung tablet is specially designed for working with the pen.
The pen is part of the tablet. The apps mentioned also run on the tablet, so data exchange should work without problems. However, the handling of the operating systems is different. It's best to take it in your hand and play a little.
