For the past week I have been struggling with problems receiving an ASUS Zenfone 8 (8GB) item number. 15822741 I am using the Dual SIM slot with two SIM cards (SIM1: Swisscom, SIM2 Quickline (Sunrise). The data connection is always set to SIM1 by default. All networks (2G,3G,4G,5G) are also switched on. Nevertheless, the connection is very sluggish, although full reception is always indicated. For test purposes, I have also switched the data connection to SIM2, but it doesn't get much better there either. Could you perhaps tell me the settings for good data reception with Swisscom of Quickline (Sunrise), which must necessarily work? Thank you very much.

I, or rather Swisscom Support, was able to give me the solution myself. Under Settings -> System --> Reset options --> Reset WLAN, mobile data, Bluetooth helps. You lose all paired devices and WLANs, but it helps.
