Good day to you all I was delighted to buy this part. I then downloaded and installed UPC TV. Everything works as far as it goes, but after 5 seconds the film/programme stops and nothing works. Does anyone also have the UPC TV app running?

Has the operating system been updated (My Fire TV-> About-> Update)? Without an update, many apps will not work properly.
