I can only advise you against surface duo.very bad to use,extremely many bugs,the switching of the screens does not work.lousy camera,which is also very slow.
I expected more from the Surface. As @bloodyroots already mentioned, switching the screens is a matter of luck. But there's the Surface Duo 2 with an external camera.
Printing works via WLAN.
To see it as an alternative to a notebook is bold.
I will probably replace it with a 5G Android12 device...
