Question about Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite

Has anyone connected their Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite to a monitor via an HDMI adapter? There are different statements on the net about whether this is possible at all. However, since Samsung shows a multiport adapter with HDMI as an accessory for this tablet on its official website, I would assume that it is possible.

Unfortunately, I don't have an HDMI adapter. I tried it with USB-C (my monitor has a USB-C connection) but that only works as a USB hub (mouse), the monitor signal is not routed via USB-C. I didn't try it for long, perhaps I would have to change the video settings of the tablet. I didn't try it for long, maybe I would have to change something in the video settings of the tablet, it's definitely not plug&play with USB-C.

I tried for about an hour with cable without adapter. I gave up without any result. I still don't want to completely rule out this possibility.
