Has the fingerprint scanner improved somewhat compared to the S24 or, in my case, the S23? (Size of sensor field, general recognition accuracy)

I don't have the answer. However, on the Samsung website there's a comparison between the S24 and S25 which highlights the improvements made on the S25 compared to the S24.

The recognition field tends to be too large and it takes a long time for the fingerprint to be read. This was much faster with Huawei.
