I've never had to deal with flicker, I use it mainly for gaming and if all the settings are correct, there's none. As for the low blue light mode: there are several colour presets depending on the type of experience you want, there are also customisable settings and, in any case, all PCs have a night mode allowing low blue light. However, if you mean a filter on the screen, no, there isn't one directly.
