Hello Digitec, I bought this mobile on 04.10 because my old one broke. The mobile has had quite big responsive problems since I set it up. It lags and often takes a long time to open even simple apps like WhatsApp. When writing, it freezes and suddenly a wall of text appears. Just pressing the on button takes at least 5 seconds until it reacts at all. Same for unlocking etc. Is this the case with all models? Apparently there are also problems with the new HyperOS. Now I don't know if I have a faulty mobile or if this is due to the OS. Should an update be coming soon, is it worth waiting? What do you recommend I do here?
