Hello, does this mount fit with an iMac 27 inch? Do I need anything else so that I can set up an iMac?

They are standard Vesa connectors, so if the IMac has Vesa and the weight fits then it should work.
The arm itself is great, I had normal screens on it and was very satisfied.
