Question about Ubiquiti U6+

Hello everyone, I received the device today and exchanged it with the previous one, accordingly via the POE adapter. Does this have to be special? Question because the device makes no sound, no LED lights up and is not recognised in the software. Is it a DOA or is it the POE? If the POE, which is the right one to order?

I also had to make my own experiences with PoE; there are several standards. You absolutely need an adapter that supplies 48V. Unfortunately, passive PoE (24V) is not possible with this AP. You can find them for a good price on Tutti. I also bought mine there.

If you already have Ubiquiti - take one of the poe switches. You can then manage it nicely via the interface, and if necessary also take away power for a restart.
