Hello everyone! My Samsung galaxy s10 has a total loss (water). I would like to know if I can somehow get my data that I have stored on the micro SD of my Samsung onto the OnePlus (e.g. through an adapter or similar). Can anyone help me with this? Is that possible in any way; how? And: is the OnePlus 8 OTG-compatible?

The easiest way is via computer :)
Insert SD card with adapter and the OnePlus 8 via USB :)

But yes, you can connect it with a USB OTG cable:
