Question about Devolo Magic 1 WiFi mini Starter Kit
Hello, I have one plug on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. It always decouples. Is it because the distance between them is too great?

The length plays a subordinate role, but the sockets on the ground floor and first floor are probably not connected to the same phase.
In my house it's been working fine with one socket on the first floor and the other in the basement for 3 years. The 2 sockets must be on the same phase.
Powerline is generally very delicate. But this is not emphasised in the advertising.
