Hello I plugged in the camera, but somehow Windows 10 does not recognise it. The only thing that works at the moment is the light on the camera. What am I doing wrong?

Hello, I suspect a programme is missing that displays/uses the camera images, e.g. for chats or for telephoning via the internet like Skipe.
I need the camera on Linux with qTox. Start TOX, select the camera as an input device and I can see myself for control purposes.
