Interested in the Dell UltraSharp U2720Q 3840 x 2160 pixels, 27" monitor that I would like to connect to the new 14" MacBook (M1, 2021) I was wondering if : 1) the monitor has built-in speakers? 2) if it comes with the following cables: USB-C cable DisplayPort cable - DisplayPort to DisplayPort SuperSpeed USB type C cable - USB type A to C Thank you for your feedback!

I've had this Dell for a year now and I'm not disappointed. Great 4K screen.
Comes with USB-C cable, and enough to connect it to the MacBook (Air 13" for me). The MacBook is also powered by the display through USB-C, which is great.
The only downside is that there are no built-in speakers.
