Hi, I had not managed to recognise an external memory card with the first Cat s62 pro despite several resets, finally I was able to exchange my device under warranty. I have been satisfied ever since. I can imagine that there are just a few rotten eggs among the series, better send it in sooner than later. In itself, I think it's a great phone
