Hello Today my new monitor LG 49WL95C-W (49 ", 5120 x 1440 pixels) was delivered. The picture remains black. Do you know this problem?

The input you have connected may not have been recognised. In this case, press the button at the back on the right, then press "Input" on the left and use up/down to select the input via which you have connected your PC.
